Information submitted on this form is forwarded to your Section
Emergency Coordinator, Assistant Section Emergency Coordinator, District Emergency Coordinator, your local Emergency Coordinator and a copy is maintained at the Section Level by the Assistant SM for Administration. If your local ARES unit is also registered with the Emergency Manager as the FEMA RACES unit, a roster of contact information may be given to the Emergency Manager of your jurisdiction by your local EC.
After your initial registration, if contact information, equipment or training experience changes, please use this form for making updates.
